House Painting Process

Check all exterior surfaces for damage
Repair or replace any rotten wood
Clean all surfaces as needed and allow to fully dry
Caulk any gaps or imperfect joints
Sand all rough surfaces
Prime wood surfaces
Apply 1-3 coats of durable paint, depending on previous color and condition of the surface
Final walk-through for customer approval
